Public affairs

The world of work is shaped by policy as much as by markets. We engage with governments, institutions and policymakers around the world to help build labor markets that are open, fair and future-ready - creating the conditions for people and businesses to thrive.

How we engage

Our Group Public Affairs function connects with key institutional stakeholders and policymakers at global, regional and national levels – advocating for labor market conditions that provide opportunity and protection for all types of workers. Our engagement is guided by our global Code of Conduct, ensuring transparency, ethical conduct and legal compliance. We focus on themes central to our purpose: efficient and dynamic labor markets, tackling skills shortages, supporting just transitions in the green and digital economies, and enabling fair and sustainable talent mobility.

Our stakeholder network

Through partnerships with business organizations, influencers and policymakers at global, regional and national levels, we amplify our impact and help drive systemic change. Our engagement spans three interconnected spheres - each playing a distinct role in shaping the future of work.
