Pointing to the Adecco Group's data, he expects the world of work to become more flexible and for the hybrid way of working to stay beyond the pandemic. In the interview, he also underlined that due to workers' recent mental health decline, there would be a need for more 'emotionally intelligent' leaders. Reskilling and upskilling, including soft skills, will thus become more in demand.
