Reporting misconduct

Speak up. We're listening. Integrity isn't just a principle – it’s how we operate every day. If you see something that doesn't feel right, we want to hear from you. Reporting concerns is an act of courage, and we take every report seriously.

The ACE reporting tools

The Adecco Compliance and Ethics (ACE) Reporting Tools are designed to make it easy to raise concerns about potential violations of the law, our Code of Conduct, or our internal policies and procedures. Reports can be made confidentially, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Three ways to report

Call the ACE hotline
Dial your country's access number to speak with a third-party representative. Calls are handled 24/7. US and Canada: 800-279-6315.
Submit a written statement
Prefer to write? Submit your report through the ACE Reporting Line online. Available at any time, in your own words.
Review the Code of Conduct
For guidance on what to report and how, refer to the Reporting Issues and Concerns section of our Code of Conduct.

What happens when you report

All reports submitted through the ACE Reporting Tools are received by an independent third-party service provider and forwarded to the Adecco Group's Group Compliance Reporting Office, which reports directly to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. The Compliance Reporting Office reviews every incoming report, communicates with the reporter throughout the process to gather any additional information needed, and tracks the progress of any investigation through to resolution.

Confidentiality and non-retaliation

We are committed to protecting anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Retaliation against anyone who reports misconduct is itself a violation of our Code of Conduct and will not be tolerated.
