Sergio Picarelli To Direct Adecco Group Operations in Italy


Sergio Picarelli, in addition to his current role of Chief Operating Officer of Adecco Staffing division Worldwide, will take over the responsibility of all Adecco Group operations in Italy.


Sergio Picarelli, in addition to his current role of Chief Operating Officer of Adecco Staffing division Worldwide, will take over the responsibility of all Adecco Group operations in Italy. He will continue to report to Jérôme Caille, Chief Executive Officer, Adecco Group.


Sergio (38) joined Adecco in 1994, beginning his career with Adecco Italy, and going on to become Chief Sales & Marketing Director. Adecco is now the undisputed market leader in Italy. He also held the position of Zone Manager Adecco Central Europe where he played a key role in successfully developing several major European markets such as Germany, Benelux and the Nordics.


Sergio holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University, Milan.


Carlo Scatturin, Country Manager for Adecco Italy, has decided to pursue opportunities outside of the company. The Group thanks Carlo for his contribution over the last 8 years and wishes him all the best for his future.
