This June, as we celebrate Pride Month 2025, we’re proud to spotlight the people, voices, and values that make our company stronger. Our global #ProudToBe campaign shares powerful stories from colleagues across the world, each reflecting what it means to belong, to be seen, and to thrive at work.

Why Pride matters

Pride Month is more than a celebration - it’s a time to reflect on who we are, what we stand for, and the kind of future we’re building together. It’s a reminder of our purpose: making the future work for everyone.  

Inclusion is one of our core values. It shapes how we support one another, how we lead, and how we grow as a company. Pride is a reflection of that value in action.
