The Adecco Group publishes 2025 Tax Transparency Report
€6.0 billion in total tax contributions in 2025, bringing five-year total to €29.7 billion
In 2025, the Group contributed approximately €6.0 billion in taxes globally. Over the past five years, that brings the Group’s total tax contribution to €29.7 billion. These figures reflect the scale of the Group’s business, as well as its approach to operating where value is created and contributing to the public finances of the communities it serves.
Now in its fifth edition, the report provides a clear view of the Group’s tax strategy, governance and risk management, as well as a country-by-country overview of its tax contributions. It also offers further context on the main drivers of the Group’s tax footprint, including payroll and social security tax, sales tax and income tax.
Valentina Ficaio, Group Chief Financial Officer of The Adecco Group, said:
"At The Adecco Group, we believe that how we contribute matters as much as what we achieve. Tax is a fundamental part of that contribution. This report brings together the numbers and the principles that guide us and shows how transparency helps build trust and accountability. We pioneered additional stand-alone reporting on tax transparency in our industry in 2021 because we believed greater transparency was the right direction. That belief remains unchanged."
She added:
"For us, this is not only about reporting the past year. It is about continuing to build a business that is understood, trusted and responsible in the way it operates."
The report also outlines the Group’s tax framework, including its governance approach, and its response to evolving international tax developments. It reflects the Group’s broader purpose of making the future work for everyone, while supporting the economies and societies in which it operates.
The 2025 Tax Transparency Report is available in the Sustainability and social value section of The Adecco Group’s website.
