Our approach to responsible AI
We believe the opportunities of AI must be driven by responsible use of technology. This isn't a compliance exercise - it's a reflection of who we are. As a company that puts people first, we apply the same human-centric values to our AI innovations that we bring to everything we do. Our Responsible AI principles are overseen by a dedicated Responsible AI Committee and supported by a comprehensive policy framework, ensuring every AI application across our global businesses meets the same high standards of ethics, safety and transparency.
Our five principles
Every AI application across the Adecco Group is guided by these five principles - from the tools our recruiters use every day to the platforms we build for clients and candidates.
Governance and oversight
Our Responsible AI Committee provides independent oversight across all AI applications in the Group - reviewing new deployments, monitoring for emerging risks and ensuring our principles are applied consistently across markets and business units. This governance layer sits alongside our existing compliance and ethics infrastructure, including our Code of Conduct and Integrity and Compliance Programme - reinforcing the message that responsible technology is an extension of responsible business.
Building AI confidence - for our people and yours
Responsible AI starts with people who understand it. We invest heavily in building AI literacy across our organization and for the clients, candidates and associates we serve. For our own colleagues: a global AI learning program covering 90+ essential skills and 800+ hours of curated learning, designed for every level of the organization. For clients and candidates: comprehensive, customizable AI training through our Akkodis Tech Academy and General Assembly brands. And for jobseekers: a global AI skilling initiative with Microsoft, empowering people to build in-demand AI skills and access a more inclusive, future-ready workforce.
