Artificial intelligence has the power to be a bridge to opportunity, yet today, only 37% of workers are considered future-ready. The Adecco Group is partnering with Microsoft to change that. 

The programme empowers candidates to thrive in the AI driven future of work. Equipping them with in-demand AI skills at scale and linking it to job opportunities through the Adecco Group’s workforce solutions. Designed based on deep insights into global candidate needs, the flexible, modular learning experience allows individuals to progress at their own pace.

Built on deep insights into the needs of candidates worldwide, the Future Skills Programme offers a flexible, modular learning experience. 

Learners can select the training pathway that best suits their ambitions. With five distinct learning tracks, the programme covers a wide range of topics, from foundational knowledge of what AI is and how it works, to practical, real-world applications that enhance productivity both at work and at home.
