Our Future@Work strategy was designed to address the megatrends transforming the world of work. Since then, increased political and economic volatility and the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic have accelerated many of the shifts already underway. In the developed labour markets, 2022 was characterised by a global scarcity of talent, the need to upskill workers to navigate the green and digital transitions, and the rise of the human-centric organisation.

The Future@Work strategy aligns our businesses to capture the opportunities created by these trends. A cornerstone of our strategy was the formation of our Global Business Units (GBUs).
