The Innovation Foundation’s Fellowship is a transformative opportunity for professionals passionate about social impact. Fellows join Venture Teams inside our accelerator, where they research real needs, co-create with communities, and prototype solutions that expand access to work for underserved groups.
It’s a true start-up experience with a social mission - backed by the Adecco Group’s global reach. Along the way, Fellows build entrepreneurial skills, apply design thinking, and gain the confidence to navigate complexity and ambiguity. Supported by mentors, partners, and a diverse cohort, they develop solutions that are ready to scale and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
The programme is also a vital part of the Innovation Foundation’s methodology: Fellows help carry ideas through the “Build” phase of our Scan-Build-Scale model. By testing and refining solutions with real communities, they ensure the concepts we take forward are human-centred, practical, and prepared for long-term impact.
