The immediate shift to hybrid and remote working models in the past years caused by the pandemic, only accelerate and highlighted the crucial role of IT, technology and the right infrastructures to enable workers in this new world of work. 

The Companies that succeeded in this shift were the ones that had invested before the pandemic hit. They got ahead of the game. Our Resetting Normal study, which surveyed 15,000 workers, unearthed that the top expectation of knowledge workers from their companies was to ensuring a good IT infrastructure, tools and systems, and secondly, that they invest in technology to facilitate digital ways of working in the new hybrid world of work.
