A path to market leadership in challenging times
The challenging macro-economic situation in 2024 also impacted the labour market. While German industry underwent profound structural transformation in 2024 — bringing new demands on business models, processes, and workforce structures — the Adecco Group Germany maintained stability and navigated towards future-ready staffing services. A key foundation for this was the consistent implementation of the “Future@Work Reloaded” strategy, in execution in Germany since 2021. Its goal is to make the organisation more resilient, customer-centric, and high-performing, while investing in new technologies, including AI, in recruiting. With revenue of €1.75 billion in Germany in 2024, the Adecco Group now leads the Lünendonk® List 2025
"Achieving the number one position in the German talent and technology market is a meaningful moment for our organisation. It reflects the steady commitment and professionalism of our teams across Germany, especially during a time of economic and structural change. I would like to sincerely thank Peter Blersch, Country President of the Adecco Group Germany & Austria, and his entire team for their dedication and collaborative spirit. This recognition is a shared achievement built on our strong sense of purpose that leads to the trust our clients, our consultants and our associates place in us every day," says Denis Machuel, CEO of the Adecco Group.
