We take our legal and ethical standards seriously. That’s why every colleague at the Adecco Group takes part in our own Compliance & Ethics training programme, ACE. And our ACE Reporting tool empowers anyone spotting any potential violation to seek help and speak up.
Risk Management & Mitigation
Identifying, mitigating and managing risk is part of our culture. Whether at the local, country or international level, our regular risk assessments can pave the way for business development. We use the information gathered to improve our performance and identify opportunities that will benefit our colleagues, our clients and the candidates we deal with, every day.
We are an open and transparent organisation, committed to following best practices in Corporate Governance. For over a decade, we’ve conducted annual individual elections of our Board of Directors and all remuneration proposals for both the Board and the Executive Committee are submitted to our shareholders for their approval.
Our robust IT Policies and Standards Framework is aligned to both ISO27001 and COBIT, and our Global Data Protection Policy places a special emphasis on personal data. From June 2016, we’ve also been rolling out an e-learning module as part of our ACE training to educate colleagues globally about the importance of Data Protection and how to apply the principles in their day-to-day work.
