Lisa Frommhold was today named the Adecco Group’s 2018 ‘Global CEO for One Month’, chosen from more than 204,000 applicants from 47 countries. Aged just 23, she will now spend one month shadowing the Adecco Group CEO, Alain Dehaze, attending international business reviews with senior managers, contributing to strategy meetings and offering fresh ideas around the future of work. As Lisa learns how senior executives run a large, global business, the experience will set her on the way to a successful leadership career in business.
This year’s CEO for One Month selection process began in February, and following a rigorous country-level review, 47 talented people were chosen to shadow their Adecco Group country CEOs, gaining a unique insight in to the business and the challenges faced by top executives. These 47 then underwent further challenges and assessments, from which 10 finalists were chosen to take part in a ‘global bootcamp’ that took place in London this week.
The Adecco Group’s CEO for One Month programme is a unique opportunity to help young people thrive in their careers, by giving them highly effective work-based learning and increasing their confidence and exposure.

I am sure he will perform at the highest level and produce excellent results during his internship. This first year has surpassed our expectations, and we look forward to connecting with and supporting many more talented young men and women in the years ahead through this innovation programme,” said Alain Dehaze, CEO of the Adecco Group.
