Tackling the refugee crisis in Europe

The labour market integration of refugees.

June 20, 2017

In 2015, more than one million people sought asylum in Europe, creating tensions that governments, businesses and communities have had to address together.

We know that better integration of refugees into the labour market can help to ease this tension and create significant economic and social benefits across Europe. And for those displaced, work is also the primary means of social and cultural integration.

Many employers, the Adecco Group among them, are demonstrating their sense of responsibility and taking action to help. But much more can be done.

Our white paper, ‘The Labour Market Integration of Refugees’, showcases the best practices of 18 companies in Europe, providing actionable recommendations for governments, policy makers and employers alike.
