Christian Vasino has been Chief Human Resources Officer for the Group and a member of the Executive Committee since 2007. He started as HR Director for Adecco Italy in 2003 before he took on the role for the Group worldwide. Vasino established a performance-focused global human resources organization that puts a culture of people development, respect and professional processes at its core. “Christian played a key role in strengthening Adecco Group’s HR function. He set up the global talent development programme, improved the Group’s employee retention rate significantly, as one of our six strategic priorities, and has made an important contribution to Adecco’s profitable growth,” said Adecco CEO Patrick De Maeseneire. “It’s been a great pleasure to work alongside Christian over the past four years.”

Christian Vasino will leave Adecco on December 31st and starts his new position as Chief Human Resources Officer for a leading Italian multinational company in January 2014. He is committed to a smooth transition. The search for his successor has started and will be announced in due course.

The Board of Directors and Management would like to thank Christian for his outstanding contribution to the Group’s achievements and wish him continued personal and professional success.
