Adecco Group, the world’s leading provider of Human Resources solutions, was recognised as one of Europe’s Best Workplaces in 2014. For this year’s edition, Great Place to Work ® analysed data provided by more than 2,300 companies. Adecco made the ranking of top multinational workplaces for the first time, coming straight in at number 19.

A champion of credibility, fairness, respect, camaraderie and pride: this is Adecco’s representation based on the survey completed by 4,405 company employees in 7 European countries in conjunction with a Cultural Audit run by Great Place to Work ® between 2013 and 2014. On top of these values, the Company also stood out in the Adecco employees’ opinion for its truly diverse and fun work environment.

The results earned Adecco the 19th position in the list of the top 25 multinational companies that excel in creating a consistent, high-trust workplace culture across national borders. Based on Great Place to Work ® studies, this specific condition has been proved to foster innovation, commitment and emotional engagement, driving both employee retention and business performance.

Mark De Smedt, Chief Human Resources Officer of Adecco Group, said:

“We’re very pleased to see that our colleagues not only recognise us as a Top Great Place to Work but also as the Greatest Staffing Company to work for. This is the result of over 10 years of relentlessly focusing on our people‘s engagement as our major differentiating factor in a highly competitive market. We started the Great Place to Work project in 2004, when Belgium, France, Spain and the Netherlands were the first Adecco countries to obtain the award, and today we are very proud to have reached this important milestone in 7 countries.”
