Zurich, Switzerland, July 7, 2014: Effective today, the Adecco Group, the world’s leading provider of Human Resources solutions, has cancelled 10,181,696 shares stemming from share buyback programmes. The new share capital comprises 179,081,810 registered shares.
At the AGM 2014, shareholders of Adecco S.A. approved the cancellation of 10,181,696 own shares acquired under the share buyback programmes and the corresponding reduction of the Company’s share capital.
The capital reduction has been registered with the Commercial Register and will be published in the Swiss Commercial Gazette today.
Effective July 7, 2014 the share capital amounts to CHF 179,081,810, divided into 179,081,810 registered shares with a nominal value of CHF 1.- each.
