Adecco appoints Tig Gilliam Country Manager of US & Canada; Ray Roe becomes Country Manager of Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia
Zurich, Switzerland, January 23, 2007: Adecco, the world leader in human resource (HR) services, today announced the appointment of Tig Gilliam (42) as Country Manager of Adecco US & Canada as of March 1, 2007. He will replace Ray Roe (61), who will become Country Manager of Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia, a new position catering to the growing importance of those markets.
Tig joins Adecco from IBM Global Business Services, where he has been the global head of Supply Chain Management Services. Before joining IBM in 2002, Tig spent 15 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the US, starting as a consultant to then become principal and partner.
Ray has led Adecco's North American operations since 2004. He has over 13 years of experience within Adecco Group businesses. In 1998, Ray assumed control of Adecco Group operations in Asia Pacific, where he spearheaded the company's growth in that region.

Tig Gilliam will replace Ray Roe as member of the Executive Committee. Both Tig and Ray report directly to Adecco Group CEO Dieter Scheiff.
