THE ADECCO GROUP AND THE BOSTON CONSULTING GROUP PUBLISH PRELIMINARY FINDINGS OF THEIR GLOBAL FUTURE SKILLING STUDY

To mark Swiss Digital Day, the Adecco Group and the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) are publishing preliminary findings of their global future skilling study. It examines the skills current and future workers will need to acquire to succeed in the world of work. Swiss workers are slightly behind their peers in the acquisition of digital skills and more focused on job specific and technical skills, with companies expected to lead in providing training opportunities.
