At today’s Annual General Meeting of the Adecco Group, all of the Board of Directors’ proposals to shareholders were approved. All Board members were re-elected and shareholders approved the total dividend distribution of CHF 2.40 per share for 2015, and the proposed maximum amount of remuneration for the Board and the Executive Committee.
