Terms of Use for Global Sports & Inclusion Day website


To leverage the synergies of our global programmes Win4Youth, the IOC & IPC ACP, about healthy lifestyle, sports, work place inclusion of people with different backgrounds and abilities. Additionally inspire employees and clients as well partners and foster stronger relationships by involving them in our global programmes. To learn about youth sports and Paralympic sports with elite athletes. Therefore, we have created a Global Sports & Inclusion Day (GS&ID) which will take annually on July 18th (with exception in some of our countries, which hold it on alternative dates). The first GS&ID will take place on July 18th 2017. The website provides information about the GS&ID in a global context as well about the local initiatives in each country and for the different stakeholders to get engaged and register to participate in the country of their choice.


These Terms of Use govern the use of (including mere access to) the website www.adeccogroup.com/gsid operated by Adecco Group AG, Bellerivestrasse 30, 8008 Zürich, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “Adecco”, “we” or “us”) including the content made available through this website (the “Website”). Any person who accesses the Website (“you”) hereby accepts these Terms of Use in force at the time of your visit to the Website.

By using this Website you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please refrain from using the Website.

The content we make available to you through the Website (the “Content”) may be governed by special conditions (“Special Conditions”) which you accept each time you access such a Content. You can become a participant in our “Global Sports & Inclusion Day” (GS&ID) program.

We have an online registration form to facilitate your participation. You may be required to complete certain personal data. You promise to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated registration information about yourself.

You represent and warrant that you are of legal age.

The registration process will finish by July 11st 2017.

The participation in the event (sport activity) is free of charge, but notice that transport, parking, lodging or any other related or similar cost are at your own expense.

You are fully aware that during the GS&ID various factors may occur which may influence your performance. These include the actions of other participants, changing weather conditions, such as temperature fluctuations or high humidity, the road conditions and other risks.

If you are taking dietary supplements or prescribed medication, you agree to discuss with your personal physician side effects, if any of them could arise while training for a participation at Swiss GS&ID. Accordingly, you agree to participate in GS&ID activities at your own risk.

All necessary insurance for all GS&ID activities is your own responsibility and choice. If you are attending the GS&ID and to the extent permitted by the law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless and release Adecco Group AG (The Adecco Group), from and against all claims and other liabilities arising out of or connected with your participation to all GS&ID activities, including but not limited to medical complications, injury, disablement or death.

You are aware that throughout this time Adecco will record videos, pictures, and quotes of you. Adecco will use such material and information and can share it with the public by using traditional media and social media.

You agree and irrevocably grant to Adecco Group AG, all of its Group companies worldwide and third parties acting on Adecco’s behalf a non-exclusive and free of charge permission to use in any manner the above described information and material, including information and material contained in video shoots, pictures and quotes. Such permission is granted worldwide and unlimited in time. Any use by Adecco or third party will only be in a proper and adequate manner and will not be in a manner that may cause damage to your image or reputation.

All intellectual property rights including copy rights in the video shoots, pictures and quotes will belong exclusively to Adecco.

The collection and the use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel postpone or modify the event in our sole discretion. If this is the case we will communicate the relevant decision as soon it is reasonably possible.
