FU.SE 2021 is an exclusive global online gathering of CHROs and C-level decision-makers focused on the evolving role for HR in the transformation of companies and people.

FU.SE started in 2019 as a solutions-seeking movement on the future of work, led by corporations (the Adecco Group, BCG, Microsoft) and institutions (ILO, OECD).

In previous iterations of FU.SE, we’ve welcomed Brad Smith, President at Microsoft, Zaqy Mohamad, Senior Minister of State and Ministry of Manpower; Lisa Liswood, Secretary General of the Council of Women World Leaders; Nicolas Schmit, EU Commissoner for Jobs and Social Rights; Hans-Paul Bürkner, Chairman, BCG; Charlotte Petri Gornitzka, United Nations' Assistant Secretary-General and Deputy Executive Director at UNICEF; Janina Kugel, Board Member at Konecranes or Guy Ryder, Director General at the ILO. You can explore all 2020 and 2019 sessions on our channel here.

FU.SE 2021, held virtually, will focus on:

  • Building inclusive, skill-based organisations
