We believe in making the future work for everyone

Addressing talent scarcity

How can companies tackle talent scarcity and retain talent? The current skills shortage goes beyond the great re-evaluation and responds to rapidly transforming industries due to digitization, the green transition, and volatile geo-political situations. Understanding global and regional employment forecasts and scenario analysis is key for leaders to address these issues and create resilient business models through up and re-skilling, diverse talent, addressing workers’ needs and purpose driven leadership.

Women back to work

The first wave of the pandemic in 2020 saw a collapse in women’s employment. Since then, not enough women have been returning to work. Why is this? And, more importantly, what can we do about it? Women work disproportionately in sectors that were especially hard hit by Covid, such as hospitality and retail, or on the front lines of the crisis and working conditions became more stressful. How can we prevent a lost generation of women at work?

Creating Jobs for Ukraine

Finding work and meaningful employment is critical to enabling financial stability for refugees to begin new lives and secure futures. Our #JobsForUkraine platform is assisting displaced people from Ukraine to find work in the countries where they have taken refuge. Of those registering their CVs on the platform, more than eight in 10 (85%) are women and the most frequently mentioned areas of work experience are: administration, customer services, sales and trading, and hospitality.

ESG : Leaving no one behind

There is an ever-increasing need to up- and re-skill workers to address the existing skills shortages, create a truly inclusive workforce, and ensure that no one is left behind. We envision a world where all people have the right skills to reach their full potential and to gain or maintain access to the world of work – regardless of where they started, what has happened to them or where they are right now.

Digital transformation in Smart Industries

Across many industries businesses are rethinking their strategies and transforming their operating models. A new “smart industry market” will emerge able to provide the smart, sustainable and efficient products and solutions required by the society at large merging not only IT and engineering, but also other high-tech areas such as connectivity and big data, as well as skills such as data analysis and software development. This will disrupt and shape most industries that will need to become smart industries.
