ADECCO COMPLETES SHARE CAPITAL REDUCTION

Effective today, the Adecco Group, the world’s leading provider of Human Resources solutions, has cancelled 10,181,696 shares stemming from share buyback programmes. The new share capital comprises 179,081,810 registered shares.
