The Adecco Group, the world’s leading workforce solutions provider, has been ranked the 2nd Great Place to Work in Europe according to the annual Great Place to Work® survey, rising from 5th place in 2016. The company’s culture of trust was widely recognised by employees.


For the second year running, The Adecco Group has featured in the top 5 of the Great Place to Work® Europe ranking, as compiled by the independent US research, consulting and training organisation. This year’s Great Place to Work® survey polled employees from 2,340 companies in 19 European countries to determine Europe’s Best Workplaces. The Adecco Group employees from 11 countries participated in the survey.


Inspiring talented people to join, stay and grow with the Company, by creating an engaging ‘Great Place to Work for all’, is one of the most important strategic priorities of the Group.

Similarly, employees referenced Win for Youth, which promotes sport and healthy lifestyles for Adecco people, while fostering the integration of disadvantaged individuals into the world of work. Employees also noted the company’s team spirit and inclusive informality, as well as supportive working practices, consistent recognition and investment in continual personal development through the Adecco Academy, as clear points of differentiation and value.
