Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship? 

Among the vastness of opportunities that this unique program offers, I most look forward to the multidisciplinary nature of analyzing the company’s transparency. By shadowing the executive leadership team, I have the chance to deep-dive within the day-to-day workings of a multi-national powerhouse: from acknowledging the interconnected aspects of the business world to the foundational values behind leading such an enterprise. When departing from this experience, I wish to not only leave with a broadened network and a heavier skillset but also with a better understanding of inter-industry linkages and of professional recruitment strategies.

In a world where age boundaries are being slowly dismantled and innovation remains at the forefront of business, youth involvement has become more prominent. I stand for my generation when I say that I look forward to bringing fresh, digitally native, and unconventional strategies and prospects. Today's youth is tomorrow's professional workforce. My role is established on voicing the concerns and aspirations of those my age as we delve into the professional world; especially relevant in a pluralistic setting such as the UK and Ireland. With over 50% of Gen Z using social media daily and 22% of them being raised by at least one immigrant parent worldwide, I hope to promote the integration of new tech platforms and make use of my generation's diversity and adversity to change to the betterment of HR within the Adecco Group.

 

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

Having only completed my freshman year of university; there is much to learn about the corporate realm let alone what it takes to be a CEO. However, I am eager to better understand the nuances of the position and the true art of leadership such as inspiring, uniting, and genuinely connecting with a team of talented individuals.

Adecco leaders and my country manager can gain a unique perspective of workplace inadequacies that can be resolved with ambitious ideas the younger generation has to offer.

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

During my CEO for One Month internship, I hope to develop communication skills, as CEO's must communicate effectively to both large and small audiences. I would also like to learn how to be a better team player, it’s no longer about being the team leader, that’s the old paradigm. Finally, I would like to become a better decision maker, as CEO’s must face challenges every day and they need good problem-solving skills.

As I am inexperienced in the executive world, I am not ruled by the industry’s paradigms and can provide disruptive ideas. My country manager is someone with extensive experience and I believe he can benefit from my condition.

I would like to learn how to efficiently run a company and what it takes to do so, in terms of building rapport while also improving my resilience in business and decision-making skills.

I think I can provide my country manager with a different perspective that might give a broader insight into the company's performance.

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

During my CEO for One Month internship, I would like to learn and understand what it is like to work in a very senior-level position at a global firm and the challenges that come with it. I am also looking forward to the opportunity of identifying the areas in my skill set that I need to improve and develop a better approach in my thinking of analyzing and understanding challenges and opportunities.

Since I come from the side that represents the next generation of work, my country manager could learn the way that my generation may feel about the decisions about to be made or already made. I could give the manager my perspective on a particular situation,  and maybe kindle a different stream of thinking and approach in dealing with a situation.

On the one hand, I would like to learn how Adecco impacts the world and is forging the future of work. On the other hand, I would love to learn how the management in such an important company is carried out, and how the complexity is tacked. 

Also in a few words, describe what you think your country manager can learn from you?

I am part of a generation that has grown in the middle of the digital transformation, and I believe that it has shaped the way I  look at life. I think that the country manager can learn a little bit about how all this process is seen from the inside, and about how the youngest people feel when facing the near future. 

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

I would like to understand more deeply about the business of Adecco by working and collaborating with the team to come up with new creative solutions for improving customer experiences in this era of digital disruption.

I believe that "work is life" and "life is work". Hence "passion" is the greatest tool to help me to accomplish every task in work and life.

During my CEO for One Month internship, I would like to learn what it really means to be an effective leader in practice. Shadowing experienced members of the Adecco Group's leadership team is the ideal opportunity to understand how to handle opposing interests while keeping a Fortune 500 company operating.

Also in a few words, describe what you think your country manager can learn from you?

What I want to bring into The Adecco Group is a new perspective from someone outside of the industry and share the experience of my peers and myself as students and graduates in the job market today.

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

I especially want to learn more about how a CEO strikes a balance between management and leadership, and how apparent the differences are between being task-oriented and team-oriented in the role as a CEO.

I believe that I might inspire my country manager with new ways of approaching tasks and with my creative problem-solving abilities.

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

During this month I would like to learn from Leandro how he leads and encourages the company and team members every day. In addition to that, how he solves complex problems in Argentina & Uruguay where business rules are constantly changing. In short, I would like to learn how to be a team leader in a big company.

I think that I can contribute with my enthusiasm. In addition, I can contribute with my critical and "outside the box" opinion and with the vision I have at my young age.

Self organization, crisis control, problem solving based on priorization, time management, team work skills.

Curiosity, creativity and the habit of asking "what can be better here?"

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

Considering that this would be my first working experience, I would like to enhance my people and project management skills and learn how to adapt to different working environments. Starting from the very top, working alongside such experienced individuals will be a great chance for me to receive actual, hands-on knowledge while challenging myself with something brand new.

I have never worked in such an environment so combining others' experiences with trial and error is my way to learn. In that sense, I feel like I can inspire people with my willingness to learn and help my project manager by sharing out of the box ideas when discussing topics that they already have experience on, by providing my inexperienced, yet innovative perspective.

As the CEO for One Month, I want to learn how to drive people and progress through a shared vision. I am interested in understanding how to integrate and successfully implement new and bold ideas in a multinational company.

I will bring innovative problem-solving initiatives which enable me to foster an inclusive and diverse work environment to further enhance Adecco Group values. 

 

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

I want to learn how a large global company works, how the internal communication and command chain is organized, and what it takes from the personnel.

I have a very bright way to look at things, so I believe I will be able to make you question previous and general perspectives, and to see matters that you have not noticed before. 

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

I would like to learn what are the most important qualities of a good leader today. I would like to get a deep dive in how a leader manages a multitude of responsibilities. Also, as a young professional, I would like to master how to relate to high impact people, feeling confident feeling confident in expressing my ideas and perspectives with them.

My country manager can win through me a new perspective, coming from a different generation. Also, I bring with me many different (in background and nationality) experiences, where I gathered multiple ideas, insights and information about the the key features and the imperatives of different target groups.

 

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

I want to learn what it means to be a CEO for a large company, and I want to develop my leadership, social, and problem solving skills. I also want to learn more about what The Adecco Group does, especially regarding empowerment and recruitment in the tech sector.

Also in a few words, describe what you think your country manager can learn from you?

I think that Malin can learn from me what young people, and especially young tech people, require of employers today. I also think she can learn how we can improve The Adecco groups employer brand among students and how increased usage of technology in the company can improve both the employees' and the clients' experience.

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

I would like to learn about engaging people at work, and how to influence them positively towards problem solving; Moreover, I would love to learn with Mr. André Vicente, as well as Mr. Denis Machuel, how to be ambivalent: how to be energetic and work efficiently, and how to be extroverted and focused on adding value to society throughout human resources and  business management.

Brazil's Adecco CEO can expect enthusiasm, agility and critical thinking from me. Furthermore, I believe I will have a lot to contribute to Adecco company during my stay as the CEO for 1 Month, considering I am a resilient and empathic human being.

 

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

During my CEO for One Month internship, I am hoping to learn not only from my country manager but also from everyone in the different departments. I would love to understand how a CEO makes decisions and what are the most important factors to take into account when doing so. Moreover, I believe this will be a fantastic experience for me to put into practice all the theory I have been learning in my Business Administration course.

I believe both me and my Country Manager will learn a lot from this experience. Me, because I will have a once-in-a-lifetime experience to work beside a CEO and learn from the best!  My country manager, on the other hand, will learn the different perspectives a not biased young person has on the most diverse topics we will face during the internship. 

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

I would like to learn how to interact with business partners, how to face stressful situations, how to interact with other managers of the company and how to handle a role of such responsibility. 

Also in a few words, describe what you think your country manager can learn from you?

I think Andrea Malacrida might learn from my enthusiasm, my constant drive to learn and to put myself in discussions, so i can achieve constant growth. I also believe my youth can be something to learn from: a different point of view never hurts.  

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

During my time as CEO for one month I hope to learn about the different working at Adecco. As just a large and versatile company with many different aspects, I believe I can gain a fruitful experience in all areas of technology, marketing, HR and even sales.

Also in a few words, describe what you think your country manager can learn from you?

I believe I could bring a youthful, bright energy to the group mechanism with Adecco, and bring fresh ideas to marketing and other business discussions.

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

My ultimate goal is to become a CEO. Either of a startup or of a large firm. I believe that the program will help me to understand what key features a wise CEO possess. I hope that Stefano will show me how to communicate with C-level executives, deal with conflicts and nerve-racking emergencies and that eventually, he will become my role model in leadership.

Also in a few words, describe what you think your country manager can learn from you?

I am sure that the country manager can learn from me a lot about my passion - digital ecology. At the end of the program, he will know, for example, how much carbon dioxide an email emits. I will keep sharing with him my perspective and my experiences both from Poland and abroad. As I spent the last three years in Finland, Stefano will definitely get familiar with the Finnish education system and with worth visiting places in Finland.

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

During my CEO for One Month internship, there are several key objectives that I would like to take the opportunity to learn to the fullest

1. The process and interaction between departments in an HR agency to deliver a project in the company

2. The leadership and working styles as well as mindset of the industry from my Line Manager - Ms. Thanh Le for her broad experience

3. How HR Consulting will fit in my career development plan in the next 5 years?

Also in a few words, describe what you think your country manager can learn from you?

I am inexperienced yet so willing to learn and apply the spirit of young generation - Gen Z into a well-established company like Adecco. The thing that I think I can give back to my manager is my spirit and insights into the young generation so she could better use my experience in her own strategies in the next years.

During my CEO for One Month internship I would like to learn how to motivate, inspire and facilitate employees at Adecco Group to find innovative solutions for the future of work.

I think Adriaan, our country manager, can learn new out of the box insights from a holistic perspective, which the Adecco Group can apply for their customers and (potential) employees.

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

I'm looking forward to learn so many things during my internship, it's such a tough question ! I guess what I'm most excited about are the unexpected life lessons, advices and encounters I'm about to experience. I'm really looking forward to be shaken by this internship and to grow in very unexpected ways. I'm eager to reflect on this month and realize that the Malaïka from before the CEO for One Month, and the one from after are two different people, in a beautiful, interesting way.

Something my country manager could learn from me, would probably be my ability to pause in order to take in my surroundings and getting a better understanding of everything and everyone around me. I guess with a schedule like his, you have to get to the point, and fast. But I also believe that sometimes the answers we're looking for can be hidden in the littlest and unnoticeable things. That very little time spent listening and noticing what individuals are trying to share, is a significant game change for me.

How to efficiently lead a big organization, how to establish great corporate culture, how to become a leader that people trust and want to follow, how to effectively empower people, how to establish an environment in which people thrive and many other things.

How to communicate with the younger generation, which are the things the younger generation priorities, how to establish an environment in which the younger generation would like to work in.

Learn everything possible - leadership, problem solving from high management perspective, communication to peers and subordinates and more! Looking forward to not only learn from the country's managing director, but the tasks, the colleagues, the clients and whichever opportunity present to me.

The enthusiasm to always explore my possibilities and always staying true to myself - not forgetting how I started and how I got here.

Overall vision, ways of dealing with the world, ability of long-term planning, growth of world outlook, outlook on life and values.

Expertise in media technology and digital management, fresh management opinions from the younger generation.

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

I am excited to learn about the environment of a successful international company. I want to improve my management and leadership skills by following the example of the best. I would like to find out how a person in the position of CEO manages to combine work and personal life, but also how they work with their personal brand. At the same time, I hope to improve my language skills and make interesting contacts.

As the chairwoman of a student non-profit organization dedicated to education, I believe I can bring Adecco closer to the young generation that is just entering the job market and vice versa. I have experience in leading and developing Generation Z representatives, which could definitely come in handy in the future.

I would like to learn the ways the CEO effectively leads teams to drive success while building a challenging and safe environment where employees can thrive.

I am excited to bring a fresh perspective on current business problems the CEO is solving by asking the right questions and thinking outside of the box.

Describe in a few words what you would like to learn during your CEO for One Month internship?

I would like to learn about Adecco's new value propositions for people who live in rural areas, people who have no prior experience or the re-employment of adults. Also, I am very interested in knowing the before and after of all the processes that Adecco had to adapt to latest situations.

Santiago will learn from me how to apply Internet of Things and Sustainable Development Goals oriented to Human Resources at Adecco. My experience in about 10 NGOs and as a Business Engineering student will allow him to enhance his vision with new technologies and Corporate Social Responsibility.

I hope to understand the various operations, processes, strategic thinking and decision making tactics within a company. I also wish to learn how a leader carries an organisation forward. I am looking forward to emerge with a newfound, hands-on understanding of the corporate world.

The country manager could get a glimpse of the new-generation thinking, new ways of approaching problems, use of digital platforms and the difference in the priority lists of the up and coming workforce.

Learning how senior executives steer a company with forward-thinking capabilities and how they approach issues to transform them into opportunities.

I look forward to observe how a CEO interacts with other employees and the process of building corporate culture. Also, I am eager to build professional skills in decision making and cross department problem solving!

Because of my diverse study background, I hope to assist Cindy by providing new ideas from different perspectives, and to become the bridge between the various culture groups.

I would like to learn about leadership and the process of delivering a business by working as a CEO of a global company during a One Month internship.

The CEO would be able to learn about the values of a new generation, and apply them to his business by thinking and discussing with me, a high school student.
